PADI Digital Underwater Photography Course
Level: Beginner underwater photography - Please arrange to come into the shop to pick up your manual before the course date starts! *Note: Bring your underwater camera to class.
This course involves classroom and pool-time (may or may not be same day, check with shop, and then 2 open water dives that can be scheduled locally with an instructor at a later date/s (flexible arrangement).
INCLUDES: MANUAL, CLASS SESSION, POOL SESSION
Additionally there are 2 Open Water Dives - included locally at a later date/s.
*Note: some Open Water Dives may incur extra expenses if you are joining a boat charter, or a scuba trip, for example. Talk to your instructor).
YOU MUST BRING:
Your own underwater camera. You may wish to bring your camera manual as well.
THE COURSE:
PADI UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY MANUAL
Read and complete knowledge reviews before class portion of course.
CLASS
Start at the shop. We will take up knowledge reviews, go over technical aspects of photography, how it applies to underwater photography, Colour correction, and taking it to the next level.
POOL
Practise skills in the pool (Aurora Stronach Complex).
2 OPEN WATER DIVES
After class and pool work is completed, it will be your mission to complete 2 Open Water Dives meeting the photography tasks outlined in manual. Photography dive excursions to choose from:

Underwater Photography is one of the most popular diving specialties, and the rise of digital underwater photography has made it easier and more fun than ever!
Taking photos is a great way to relive the wonderful adventures and beauty that you experienced all over again! You will want to share these moments with your family and friends. It is exciting to see your pictures getting better and better!
Prerequisites
To take this course, you must be:
-10 Years Old
-Have achieved PADI Open Water Certification, or equivalent
